Academics have been trying to work out from the evidence whether microcredit does actually raise people’s incomes.
The idea of Micro Credits is yet cleared but according to Dean Karlan, professor of economics at Yale University, micro credits is actually a new evolutionary idea of helping those people who don’t have much for their economical problems, what actually is that through micro credit poor people are been supported to a certain limit.
This idea is been applied in Philippines, and was observed that it has worked out, and poor people welcomed this amazing idea.
Most of governments are considering this thinking through their own levels, and mostly it’s getting through the side of banks, like banks must provide funds to poor people, while government will provide to banks.
In order to over poverty in my opinion this is a great idea, but the problem is how to avail this idea, because how a common person can get in touch with it.
But it’s been hard to do a proper scientific survey, since you need to compare those who do get a loan with a control group of similar people who don’t.
The use of Micro Credits idea in Philippines provided great support to it, and this idea was applied by a control group of people, and the results raise some serious questions about the effectiveness of microcredit in reducing poverty.”

The idea is superb, but onthing as usual governments needs to take secure steps for it.
Like a strong check and balance over it, and only then poor people will be able to get their right.

This is a great idea, but like discussed in the post, the problem is to use up this idea in a better way.
There are hundreds of ideas but the problem is to bring ideas into realities.
Most of governments are unale to avail these kind of ideas.
In my opinion Micro-Credits is a unuqe kind if thinking for solving the financial problems of poor people. If goernments are able to get a touch with sincere people for availing this idea then offcourse everything will be in control.
