Paypal is one of the most used online payment processor all over the world. Paypal is very popular among web masters for paying online on internet. Due to its simple process, it is widely accepted and used.
Paypal is the most secure and perfect payment processor without disclosing credit card identity. Paypal is very secure and safe. It has very simple procedure of sign up, paying and receiving payments. Its withdrawal procedure is also very easy.
Although Paypal is very simple in use but it has very strict rules and regulations. Terms and conditions of Paypal are applied very strictly. It is not available all over the world. It has covered a lot of cities but still it not available round the world. It has listed those countries where it has completed its process of verification and banking. Due to this problem a lot of web masters all over the world are facing a lot of problems.
Pakistan is one of those counties where Paypal is not available. Since Paypal works over IP address so it limits all those accounts which are accessed from any un supported country. A lot of people lose their money in their limited accounts.
Pakistani web masters use different methods to use Paypal. But very few of them get success, but that completely illegal uses of Paypal,
And is not allowed. Due tot his problem Pakistani Banks are working hard to bring. Paypal to Pakistan so that they may get more accounts in their banks.
United Bank of Pakistan is one of the most spreading bank in Pakistan, and few days back I have read an article that they are have arranged few meeting with Paypal for bringing them to Pakistan.
Other Payment processors like Money Bookers is already supported by Pakistani Banks, similarly 2CO, Alert Pay, Plimus, Review me, and a lot of other payment processors are been available in Pakistan but due to wide use of Paypal, people are more interested in Paypal.

We are waiting eagerly for paypal to come to Pakistan.
Web masters of pakistan are very talented and hard working but due to the un-availability of Paypal, they can’t provide the services they want to.
Pakistani banks especially United Bank is working hard to get agreement with Paypal, but i gues paypal is not ready to sign the agreement.
There may be a lot of reason behin this, but to be frank paypal should think over it.
In the last few years a lot of pakistanis turned toward internet marketing.But due to un-availibilit of Paypal. a lot webmasters face problems, although few of them use their relatives information for opening their paypal accounts but again they get limited when they access it from Pakistan.
UBL must take steps in this regard, and in my opinion they will get a good responjse for it.

I am UNited Bank will work out with them.
They had already two meetings, so lets see how they are going to manage.
Also Standard Chartered Bank trying to bring paypal.
So in my opinion competition in these banks can be fruitful.
Pakistani banks are trying to get paypal, but the problem is created by State Bank, and due to some stupud rules paypal is unable to land in Pakistan.
Most of Pakistani banks are working in this regard, but the most important is that state bank should go through its policies for paypal, so that pakistani webmasters ca use paypal freely.

The article is well written, and i guess that state bank of pakistan is creating some problems in this regard.
They have presented some reule and regulations whihc is not acceptable to paypal.
So lets see what kind of solution they bring for it.
It willl take some time.
State bank should try to solve all the issues regarding paypal.
Privte sector banks are keen to bring paypal, but state bank is not allowing them.

I think paypal have no need to talk with Pakistani banks . Paypal already have connection with Visa and Master . so Paypal can work in Pakistan as many other international companies

So that period of almost 2 years Pakistani Banks are working to introduce PayPal…..(and I think they will still continue to work on it because of current crisis in Pakistan)
But when there is no serious news from Bank OF Pakistan or VISA OR MASTER and Total in all If PayPal CEO’s want it.
PayPal is working in Kenya and Uganda. These countries are not much developed like Pakistan.
