UBL started Home Finance Facility for UK!!

Pakistan is a development country. Recently a lot foreign investors were attracted by new and affinitive opportunities, through out the country in a lot of fields, especially telecom and banking fields are top ones to be mentioned. A lot of private banks been launched like Askari Bank, Muslim Commercial Bank, Bank Alflah, Standard Chartered Bank, Pak Saudi Bank, Bank Al-Habib, Amen Bank, Khushali Bank and a lot of more banks started functioning in their full fledged performance. Due to the entrance of these new banks, the older banks tried for better performance. National Bank of Pakistan started some new features, and more specifically United Bank of Pakistan worked hard to become the top most bank of Pakistan.

United Bank Limited (UBL) has become the first bank to launch its first overseas home finance facility “Address Mortgage” in the United Kingdom, in collaboration with United National Bank Ltd. (UNBL).

The UBL “Address Mortgage” would enable non resident Pakistanis to build, buy or renovate residential properties in Pakistan by utilizing the bank’s facility.

The launching ceremony for “Address Mortgage” was held in London in the presence of High Commissioner of Pakistan to the United Kingdom DR Maliha Lodhi and other dignitaries from UK and Pakistan.

According to a message received here, the Address Mortgage has been designed specifically keeping in view the demographics and requirements of Pakistani expatriates residing in UK and shall be extended to other markets soon.

The program will be promoted in the UK by UNBL through print and electronic media. Prospective customers will be able to obtain detailed information and advice through UNBL branches in London, Birmingham, Bradford, Glasgow and Manchester.
